Your brand combiners

In your loyalty stats, the "brand combiners" graph shares more insights about those customers who combine your brand with a visit to one or more of your competitors.

The graph consists of 2 bars, each indicating a different behaviour, yet both are about the same subset: customers of both your brand and a competitor.

  • The dark bar indicates the % of your customers combining a competitor visit.
  • The light blue bar indicates the % of your competitor customers who also visit one of your outlets



To clarify the difference between both, considering the following example explaining the "competitor 5" overlap in the graph above.


Given your brand attracts more visitors, less of them visit your competitor. As for your competitor (competitor 5) more of their customers combine a visit with their brand with a visit to one of your locations.
